2nd april.
breakdown.
vomited.
cried.
ran 7km.
tired.
felt like giving up.
had enough.
morning.
went to homeecons to put nacho cheese and milk into the fridge
denn jog 2 km. individual.
got a timing of 12.02min.
just 2 seconds!
just 2 seconds denn i will pass the limit!
arg!
denn after assembly straight away went to homeecons room.
cooked.
CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM CHEESE OMELETTE WITH RICE.
yesh. it succeeded.
its really really delicious.

my hands were numbed.
so i really cant stand it.
my sweat and tears mixed .
really really cant stand it.
denn straight away did crunches.
denn pushups.
denn straight away ran up to 4th floor and run around denn come down
to the parade square in 45 s.
yesh, i made it.
but denn have to do another time.
faints.
still, did it.
been punished again.
had to do 2km run.
NO WATERBREAKS AT ALL.
halfway through the run,
i vomited.
i even have difficulty breathing.
soon i collapsed on the floor.
tears again.
i screamed.

soon after,
being pulled up by some of you.

but our timing at last more than 12 min
yet lesser than 20min.
ms loo got very angry and she said that
individual run 1km straight away.
if we didnt do lesser than 7min,
we'll be doomed.
okay, so ms loo asked if i can take it
so i perservered.
during the 1km run,
yes, i did collapsed and vomited.
THANKYOU once again for those who
break the rules and waited for me.
at last, reached the parade square 7.34min.
had to do 34 pushups.
denn so on,
denn at last, is 140 pushups since we're a team
so we together perservered.
denn got scolded.
training ended at 6.30pm.
sms-ed people and all.
denn yeah, felt really tiring.
cant take it.
so just breakdown with vivian.
its just too stressful.
denn went to canteen denn all netballers
together ; yam-seh.
with our drinks as we survived. (:
denn farewell-ed people.
denn left with javier. vivian. xiaomin. me.
joked. laughed. chat.
denn most of us lie on the floor with our bags on our heads
and looked at the sky.
the school was EMPTY.
really tired.
denn went home at 7+pm.
tired.
reached home immediately bathed.
denn had dinner denn straight away sleep.
slept from 8+pm to 11+pm.
denn woke up.
realised that i forgot to do EVERYTHING.
so yeah, set alarm at 5am denn went back to sleep.

today!
3rd april. friday.
morning woke up at 5am and
rush homeworks denn
went to school for usual jog.
shihhwee didnt come. ):
so vivian sat beside me. (:
art lesson.
i was sleeping.
too tired. ><

after recess and all.
chinese.
went to refill water.
came back,
saw chinese teacher scolding jingxiang.
so he had to do 1 million of ' lao shi'.

all of us had to do 3 chapters of zuoye
so vivian and i started to play childish old games. :DD
who lose must do one question. LOL. :DD
denn after that played with ice cream sticks.
denn when the bell ring;

he and deon went running the whole school.
at last, brandon came back carrying deon on his shoulder.
