woke up at 9am .
feeling sick , horrible .
took temperature , 38.9 degrees .
had breakfast .
no appetite .
had medicine .

threw everything away .
having lunch now ,
and i take like 1 hr to finish . ):
feeling weak all over !
head damn heavy .
Dun even dare to talk .
scared later my throat more pain . ):
im feeling HORRIBLE .
i'll rather go training ,
than suffering this pain !
